One of the biggest distribution warehouses in London has been torched causing a massive amount of damage labelled a 'disaster' which has been a result of the London riots. Apparently the contents of the Sony owned warehouse has been totally destroyed.

All of the CD stock which was kept in the warehouse has been burnt in the blaze. The warehouse keeps stock of the record labels Sony's CD's including games, DVD's and more.

A big hit to the music industry though, the warehouse kept a great deal of stock for the likes of Adele and Arctic Monkeys. In addition it also stores stock for a further 150 record labels.

Reports suggest that some people have lost upto £100,000 in stock.

Britain's Association of Independent Music Alison Wenham said: "This is a disaster for the music community".

The London riots which started a few days back has caused millions of pounds of damage, copy cat attacks have sparked off in other cites including Birmingham and Manchester.

It seems there is no real motive for the rioting in other cities such as Manchester, more just an excuse of yobs to cause havoc.
