CMT has debuted "The House Is On Fire," the powerful new video from Hannah Bethel. Watch it at CMT.com and on YouTube, or below here.

With this embrace from CMT, the emotionally stirring video of "The House Is On Fire" is being supported across country and Americana genres.

Earlier in March, it saw its World Premiere on Ditty TV, a leader in the Americana online and broadcast space, and was also showcased at Gretsch Guitars' online blog and across their social media platforms. Bethel is a Featured Artist endorsee of the iconic guitar brand and performs with her Gretsch Electromatic® hollow body guitar in the video.

"The House Is On Fire" was directed by Troy Jackson and features Bethel in pre-performance preparation, before leading the viewer into a heart-wrenching performance of the deeply personal self-penned song. Dressed in a custom made white gown and matching boots, she passionately emotes with her engaging expressions and through her powerful vocals.

ABOUT HANNAH BETHEL:

By the time Hannah Bethel left small town Houghton, Michigan for the bright lights of Nashville, Tennessee at the tender age of 18, her self-released first record had already been out almost a year. As a teenager, she got her feet wet playing fairs, bars, coffeehouses, and country western shows all around the Upper Midwest. Three more independent records were created in Nashville between 2010 and 2015 with The Freedom EP garnering the "Independent Country Album of the Year Award" from examiner.com in 2012. In the last decade, Bethel's well developed style and unique blend of country, Americana, and rock has continued to garner her acclaim from renowned media including Billboard, The Washington Post, Maverick, Americana Highways, The Boot and others.

Bethel's late-2018 breakout hit, "Train" received airplay from both country and alternative stations including WSM Radio, broadcast home of the Grand Ole Opry, and Lightning 100, Nashville's indie rock and alternative mainstay. The "Train" video was also broadcast across all CMT platforms as part of the CMT "Artist Discovery" program, which then landed her an invite into the CMT Mentorship Program by CMT SVP of Music and Talent, Leslie Fram. Her follow up single "Rhinestone Rodeo" knocked over barrels from Connecticut to Alaska, supported by Bethel's 2019 tour of the same name. From solo acoustic performances at venues like New York City's famed Rockwood Music Hall, to full band shows at influential spaces including Tidball's in Bowling Green, The Basement in Nashville, and a sold-out show at Nashville's City Winery Lounge, the gypsy songstress mesmerized audiences with her electric live shows and profound connection to her craft. And now that she is endorsed by Gretsch Guitars, the classic '70s rock and country sound that influenced her growing up can be amplified even more. Her latest single, "The House Is On Fire," was released in October 2019. The official music video was released in March 2020.

"I love how Hannah delivered this song! So beautiful," states Leslie Fram, Sr. VP of Music Strategy at CMT.

"Thank you CMT!" exclaims Bethel. "Your support over the past year and a half has changed my life. I am so grateful."
