Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has launched a brand new app for New York City Visitors. She recently unveiled a brand new mobile app through her website Goop.com. The new app is aimed at people who visit New York City and want to find cool and interesting places to go to. She stated that it is like seeing New York City through the eyes of a trusted friend.

The whole idea behind the new app is to give visitors to the city a virtual city guide. With all the best restaurants to hang out at in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx. Some of the places recommended are actually Gwyneth's favourites. The walks, restaurants, bars and landmarks are some of the her favourite in New York City.

She stated this week that for years she has been wishing for a New York City guide that would give her all the best places to go without prejudice. She also spoke of her frustration regarding city guides and concierge services that steer you in the direction of places that might not suit you only because they have been paid to do so. Therefore, she decided to take action after years of never finding the right New York City guide.

She stated also that New York City is only the start and there will be many more cities added to the list in the next few months and years. The brand new app is available on iPhone and is ready to download in the App store. Fans of the actress will be happy to see New York through the eyes of their idol as well as get the chance to see some the great sites of New York and the most fabulous landmarks and coolest hangouts.
