Justin Bieber's lawyers are not amused with a game which has been developed for the iPhone that is designed to be a Mickey take. The 'Joustin Beaver' game consists of a beaver which is thought to resemble some of Justin's features.

Probably a nightmare to the teenage stars squeaky clean perfect lifestyle image, Justin Bieber has not seen the funny side of the joke parody application and his lawyers have threatened legal action with a cease-and-desist letter to the games developer RC3.

Justin Biebers lawyers want the game removing from iTunes along with revenue that the game has generated. Makers of 'Joustin Beaver' are ignoring the threats and have stated that the game is not breaching any laws as its designed as a parody. Therefor its protected by US law First Amendment to the Constitution.

Joustin Beaver - Can you see any resemblance?

The role of the game involves the comically looking Beaver which floats down a river, the aim of the game is to fight off ‘Phot-hogs’ and collect ‘Otter-graph seekers’. The beaver has special tools consisting of a jousting lance to help him.

For teen stars like Bieber image is everything, anything that could possibly damage this or make him look uncool is probably seen as a threat. The beaver game 'Joustin Beaver' isn't too pretty, so its not surprising his lawyers have taken action. However the game makers say that nowhere is Bieber's name mentioned, so there might not be much that can be done. The legal action has probably just made the game more popular.

Joustin Beaver is available from iTunes to download for 99 Cent
