Justin Bieber fans have been biting their fingernails for weeks waiting for the young stars new single to be released. After weeks of teasing the fans, the single is finally here. The new single 'Boyfriend' sent Twitter and iTunes into meltdown.  There was online chaos as the song was released. Justin's 19 million followers went into a frenzy just minutes after it became available on iTunes.

This new tune is showing the youngster in a more mature light in comparison to previous hits 'Baby' and 'One Time.'

Some of the lyrics look like this, "If I was your boyfriend, I'd never let you go, I can take you places you've never seen before..." The new single became a firm favourite with the fans as iTunes could not cope with the influx of customers logging on to get hold of the single.

Critics have been comparing the song and style to Justin Timberlakes earlier efforts. He sounds very much like Timberlake on this track, especially when it comes to the chorus. With the hip hop backing track complimenting the lyrics, the Bieber is all grown up!

The single 'Boyfriend' is now available to download on iTunes. That is, if it is possible to get past all the Bieber fans!
