Aerosmith to Release New Album in July

Aerosmith have said they plan on releasing their new album in July of this year. The album does not yet have a title. However, the band's lead singer Steve Tyler stated that he would like the album to come out after their Global Warming Tour which commences on June 16 in Minneapolis.
Tyler told Billboard at the Grove in Los Angeles when introduced by Jimmy Kimmel he stated. "Doing a record in four months is unheard of in Aerosmith territory." He said the album still needed to be mixed down and that two more sings need to be put together.
The album is produced by Jack Douglas who produced 'Toys in the Attic.' Joey Kramer, Aerosmith's drummer stated that Jack is part of Aerosmith, and that when they first started writing and recording the album, it all came back.
Steven Tyler announced recently that they would have a song on the G.I Joe Retaliation film soundtrack. The track is called 'Legendary Child' and has snippets from their 1993 track 'Get a Grip.' The song, which has not been released before you will also feature on their new album, which has not yet been given a release date or title.
