In what many people would think as an unusual combination, Johnny Depp joined wacky rock legend Marilyn Manson on stage in L.A. Depp appeared on stage to help Marilyn Manson out with some guitar work at Club Nokia. Depp played in two of Manson's most famous songs 'The Beautiful People' and Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)

Dressed and made up in usual Marilyn Manson style, he announced Depp to a rocking wild audience saying:

"If you don't recognize my personal friend... my personal saviour, my personal guitar hero, Johnny Depp!"

Actor Johnny Depp famous for his major roles in many films including Pirates of the Caribbean is said to be a good friend of Manson's. Many would see this collaboration rather unusual considering their different styles and Depp's handsome image, however he has been known to play some less than standard film roles.

Most only know Johnny for his acting skills but he has actually recorded a song with Manson covering 'You're So Vain' made famous by Carly Simon.

Manson and Depp's stage performance was for the 2012 Golden god awards.
