Feeder, Madness, Pearl Jam, Noel Gallagher, Bruce Springsteen and many many more amazing acts… it has to be one of the most magical summer events on the British music calendar; The Isle of Wight Festival 2012. It’s coming up to that time of year again and the 14th Isle of Wight festival is nearly upon us. From the 22-24th June 2012 this small British isle will be transformed into a Bohemian Rhapsody of summer fun and entertainment.

 Fast becoming one of the biggest music events in the UK this massive music event is fun for all the family; get your sun cream, hat and umbrella and you are set the party! This year’s line up hosts a spectacular list of artists from the ultimate classic tunes of Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are set to keep you up all night. There are three stages of musical delight; the main stage, the big top and the garden stage.

For all those energetic festival goers the Isle of Wight festival is not just about the music but its ever growing funky bars and entertaining events make for magical memories!! Shake yourself down with Zumba on the beach without even exiting the festival park, the Hipshaker lounge is the groovy place to be seen and let’s not forget the mad times to be had in the dance tent. But in any true modern music festival style there is a great choice of chill out areas, hopefully the thousands of revellers to the left and right of you don’t all have the same idea at once!!

 The Kashmir café is making its fifth appearance and is a well loved area of laid back leisure with a great selection of real ales.
