Trey Connor has confirmed the digital release of his new single “Aloof” set for August 26, 2021

Leading off the 4-song EP (In The Clouds), Aloof is about going through a breakup and being so caught up in your own thoughts and feelings that you feel removed from the world around you.  Connor acknowledges meaningful support / contributions on this single from Scott Gentry (Drums), Jake Rye/Social Recording Company (Mixing/Producing), and The Foxboro (Mastering).

The upcoming “In The Clouds” EP is about mental health and struggling with the feeling of dissociation and Connor says it embodies the universal truths of what it means to be alive.

Trey Connor’s previous solo artist releases include his debut single “Hold On” (Nov. 2016), related EP, “While Everything Is Now” (Dec. 2016), more recently the sophomore single, “Fear” (Oct. 2019), the single, "Lost In You" (Nov. 2019), "Heavy to Hold" (Jan. 2020), the single “The Way You Move” (Feb. 2020), and related album “Horizons” (June 2020).
