The business mogul and owner of X-Factor was disappointed with the show’s first season and decided to fire the host Steve Jones alongside judges Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul. With popstar Britney Spears now on the judge’s bench, the show has never been hotter! Raking in a fat salary of $15 million, the popstar is giving Simon Cowell a great value for his money and performing beyond expectation. Her openness in judging contestants along with her impressive critics have brought the show more popularity with viewers staying glued to their screens to capture every episode.

With the new X-Factor season targeting to keep American viewers and create a buzz on social media, there couldn’t have been a better choice than to have Miss Britney on the judge’s bench. Alongside former Disney channel star Demi Lovato and  legendary music executive L.A Reid, they have taken the show to a whole new level triggering about 1.4 million comments on Facebook , Twitter and other social media.  Simon Cowell made a wise decision with Britney since a lot of people who know her controversial side may just watch the show to see if she will fail.
