The UK saw another internet fuelled song hit the top spot. This weeks number1 is that of a Korean called Parker Jai Sang AKA 'Psy' made it with song 'Gangnam Style'.

Psy is the result of yet more internet stardom that has emerged from Youtube. This once more reminds us of the sheer power of Youtube and social networking. This lets relatively unknown people rocket to stardom with viral videos.

Gangnam Style is quite unusual, probably not every ones taste but is definitely different. So much that it has clocked up over 300 million hits on Youtube.

The video consists of strange dancing moves including 34 year old Park Jai-sang riding invisible horses and provocative dancing from attractive women.

Apparently Gangnam is a posh area of the South Korean Seoul, where most of the video is filmed.

The song isn't just a success in the UK its already hit fame in the USA too. This week saw big names such as talented band The Script and Flo Rida get barged out of the way to second and third positions.
