Reality star Kim Kardashian tweeted yesterday that she was over the moon at the news that her little sister had been confirmed as a host on the US version of the X Factor. She tweeted “OMG!!!! How exciting is this!? Khloe joining the X Factor this November to co-host with Mario Lopez.”

The announcement was made when Simon Cowell stated “The worse kept secret in Hollywoood is out. Mario and Khloe are our hosts. They will debut on our first live show in November.” The announcement was reported by US Weekly this week.

Both hosts tweeted that they are both so happy to be hosting the show together. With Khloe tweeting; “It is going to be so much fun.”

The show will air live in November 2012.
