Chris Moyles About to Release Second Album
- in Latest
Chris Moyles will be releasing his second album, appropriately titled The Difficult Second Album on the 5th November.
It is the follow up to his 2009 The Parody Album which has so far sold 150k copies so far and featured favourite parody songs from his Radio 1 shows including I Predict a Diet, a parody of The Kaiser Chief’s I Predict a Riot.
The cover of the album is unsurprisingly another parody, this time of Adele’s 21 cover.
This time around, Moyles has enlisted the help of some of the friends he has amassed during his radio career including Robbie Williams, Ed Sheeran and parody veteran “Weird Al” Yankovic.
Currently sitting at number one on the Play.com pre order chart, Moyles’ latest effort is set to do even better than his first, and with such modern classics as Charity Song which will surely have Sir Bob Geldof quaking in his shoes, why wouldn't it?
Since quitting the Radio 1 Breakfast Show, Moyles has performed a leading role in the musical Jesus Christ Superstar and will be going on tour to promote The Difficult Second Album.
