Miley Cyrus has dropped her eighth studio album, titled Endless Summer Vacation. The album is now available globally and can be streamed online. The launch of the album was accompanied by the release of the official music video for her new track, "River," directed by Jacob Bixenman.

Endless Summer Vacation features Miley's popular hit single "Flowers" and twelve other tracks. "Flowers" has been a global hit, spending six weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, which is a personal best for Miley. The single has also reached #1 on US Pop Radio and is the fastest running song in almost a decade to achieve that position. It has also broken records, becoming the fastest song ever to hit 500 million streams on Spotify. Moreover, it is now officially the longest-running UK #1 single by a female solo artist.

Miley recently shared a clip providing insight into the making of Endless Summer Vacation, explaining that the sequencing of the album is divided into two parts: AM and PM, representing the morning and evening. The morning represents a time of new possibilities and energy, while the evening has a more gritty, glamorous feel, making it an ideal time to rest or experience the wild side. According to Miley, Los Angeles has a certain energy at night that inspires her.
