Acclaimed singer-songwriter Dave Hause has announced the release of his sixth full-length solo album, "Drive It Like It's Stolen", produced by Will Hoge and featuring 10 songs that showcase Hause's trademark urgency and passion.

The album, set for release on Friday, April 28th, is characterized by a post-apocalyptic Americana storytelling style and explores the harsh realities of life with intermittent moments of joy. The lead single, "Hazard Lights", reflects on Hause's sobriety and the temptation that arises when around friends who still drink. In addition to the album release, Hause has announced two special acoustic album preview shows in Manchester and London in March 2023. The forthcoming album, which will be released on Hause's own Blood Harmony Records label, is a departure from his previous work while still building on his established sound and reputation.

“That feeling of having the hazard lights on,” says Hause, “it’s just uncertainty. I’m kind of just pulled over here. I don’t know where I’m going, I know where I’ve been, the hazard lights are blinking, so please don’t hit me because I’ve got to figure out what to do next.”
