Simon Cowell Set to Bring Original X Factor Judges Back
- in Latest
As the X Factor approaches its tenth anniversary next year, there is no doubt that the show is starting to wane in popularity.
Changes in the judging panel line up year after year have seen viewers pull their support for the show and viewing figures are now way down but the show’s boss Simon Cowell reportedly has a trump card up his sleeve to win back viewers; getting the original judging panel back.
According to reports, Cowell was already planning to make a number of appearances himself to celebrate the show’s centenary but in addition to Louis Walsh, who is the last remaining original judge, Cowell also wants to get Sharon Osbourne back.
The three original judges famously had a chemistry that has rarely been seen between the judges since.
Osbourne herself has been petitioning through her Twitter account for Cowell to hire her again and for the last couple of years has been involved in the show as an assistant judge for Walsh so would likely jump at the chance to be involved as a judge again.
Cowell has apparently also approached ex judge Dannii Minogue though she turned down his offers to return to the show this year.
