McFly Drops New Single 'God of Rock & Roll' and Premieres Music Video

UK pop-rock band McFly has announced their new single "God Of Rock & Roll" and a UK tour for autumn 2023. The single was premiered on Zoe Ball’s BBC Radio 2 show this morning and was immediately released via BMG. The accompanying video will be premiered on YouTube at 2.30 pm UK time.
The single is the second track from their upcoming album "Power To Play", which is set to release on June 9th, 2023, also through BMG. The album marks the band's seventh studio album, which they describe as their biggest, boldest, and most brilliantly noisy statement yet. The album is a tribute to rock music and features production, songwriting, and design by the band members themselves. Pre-orders for the album are already available on the band's official store.
The UK tour will start on October 23rd, 2023, in Bristol and will wrap up at Nottingham’s Rock City on November 22nd. The band will also play their first-ever show at London's Alexandra Palace on October 27th. In keeping with the album's theme, the band promises a high-energy guitar-led performance in some of the best rock venues in the country. Fans who pre-order the album from the band's official store will get an exclusive pre-sale code for the tour. General sale tickets for the tour will be available from May 5th, 2023.
