Nothing But Thieves has released a new single, 'Oh No :: He Said What?,' in conjunction with the announcement of a Deluxe version of their album 'Dead Club City,' set to be released on March 15 via RCA/Sony.

In 2023, Nothing But Thieves experienced considerable success, with their fourth album, 'Dead Club City,' reaching #1 on the charts. They embarked on a sold-out UK tour, including two nights at London’s Wembley Arena. Their single 'Welcome to the DCC' was named Radio 1's Hottest Record of the Year, and Radio X awarded them the Best Record of the Year for 'Overcome.'

Starting 2024 on a high note, the band unveiled the new single 'Oh No :: He Said What?,' premiered as Clara Amfo’s Hottest Record in the World on Radio 1. Recorded during the final sessions for the original 'Dead Club City,' the song is a band favorite that showcases their versatility and creativity as songwriters. Maintaining the disconcerted atmosphere of the album, the experimental track features an urgent and direct intro, building with soaring vocals, '80s-inspired synths, and rock guitars.

According to the band, the song explores the perspective of those running 'Dead Club City,' now in a state of panic due to the monster they've helped create. The narrative was originally intended to conclude with 'Pop The Balloon,' but these additional songs leave room for future exploration. The band expressed interest in revisiting 'Dead Club City' in a decade to see how it has evolved.

Nothing But Thieves introduced a new era with 'Dead Club City,' a concept-style album recorded and produced by guitarist Dom Craik, alongside John Gilmore (production, engineering) and Mike Crossey (mixing). The album depicted a city-sized members-only club, exploring various characters and story arcs within and around the city. Themes such as advertisement, unity, internet culture, the music industry, ageing, politics, escapism, and change were highlighted within the context of a members-only club.

Expanding on the club's narrative, 'Dead Club City Deluxe' includes three new songs, including the new single 'Oh No :: He Said What?,' 'Time :: Fate :: Karma :: God,' and 'Pure You.' Additionally, it features Stripped versions of two original album singles, 'Overcome' and 'Tomorrow Is Closed.' The full tracklisting is as follows:
