Zac Brown Band, the multi-platinum, GRAMMY Award-winning group, is gearing up to drop a new single titled "Pirates & Parrots" (feat. Mac McAnally) on Friday, April 19. The announcement came during a special performance at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA, where Brown shared the stage with McAnally at Keep the Party Going: A Tribute to Jimmy Buffett.

The upcoming track, a sincere memoriam, pays homage to Buffett's legacy and ethos. During the 2023 CMA Awards, Zac Brown Band previewed the chorus of "Pirates & Parrots" alongside Alan Jackson, preceding a rendition of Buffett's classic hit "Margaritaville."

Parrotheads and fans alike can pre-save "Pirates & Parrots" (feat. Mac McAnally) ahead of its release date.

In a statement posted on X, Zac Brown Band expressed their excitement: "‘Pirates & Parrots’ feat. Mac McAnally available everywhere next Friday, April 19th! What a special moment premiering this one live last night at the Jimmy Buffett tribute concert in LA."

Speaking about the song, Zac Brown shared in a video on X, "We’re playing it tonight for Jimmy’s tribute, obviously wrote it for Jimmy, and honored to get to play it here first at the Hollywood Bowl.”

Renowned for their dynamic discography, characterized by "Southern storytelling" (Rolling Stone), Zac Brown Band was recently nominated for the 2024 Group of The Year by The Academy of Country Music.

Following the single release, the band is slated to kick off the SUN GOES DOWN Tour alongside Kenny Chesney next Saturday in Tampa, FL. For ticket information, visit their official website at zacbrownband.com.
