Fans eagerly awaiting Oasis's 2025 reunion tour are facing sticker shock—not just for tickets but for accommodation as well. According to new data from QR Code Generator, Airbnb hosts are hiking prices to match the surge in demand, particularly in Cardiff, where prices have skyrocketed.
The much-anticipated reunion tour has seen fans scrambling for tickets, with many paying hundreds due to controversial "dynamic pricing." But accommodation costs are adding another financial burden, especially for Cardiff concert-goers.
Cardiff: The Most Expensive Tour Stop
QR Code Generator's analysis evaluated each tour date based on Airbnb availability and cost, scoring cities from 1 to 10 for value. Cardiff, which hosts the band on July 4th and 5th, ranked as the least affordable stop, with Airbnb prices soaring by 1,161%.
While Cardiff's typical Airbnb price is around £127 per night, during the Oasis tour, fans will face an average of £1,601 per night—13 times higher than the average price of £119 in Central London on August 3rd. Cardiff also scored the lowest in terms of availability and affordability, with only 210 Airbnb listings for July 4th and even fewer for July 5th.
Other Costly Tour Stops
Edinburgh comes in second place for high Airbnb prices. On August 8th, fans can expect to pay £1,259 for a night, nearly double the average Airbnb price across all tour dates (£573 per night). Edinburgh tour dates on August 9th and 12th are also pricey, with per-night costs of £1,169 and £963, respectively.
Dublin on August 16th is another challenging stop for fans seeking budget-friendly accommodation, with prices averaging £521 per night—four times the cost of an Airbnb in London during the tour.
Manchester: Better, But Still Pricey
Fans heading to Oasis's hometown of Manchester will find more affordable options compared to Cardiff and Edinburgh, though prices are still high. The average cost per night is £514, peaking at £607 on July 19th. With around 276 available Airbnb properties, Manchester received a moderate score of 3.7 out of 10 for accommodation availability and affordability.
London: A Safe Bet for Fans
London leads the pack in affordability and availability. Fans attending the London shows will pay an average of £132 per night—77% lower than the average accommodation price across all cities on the tour. London also scored a perfect 10/10 for availability for most dates, making it the best option for budget-conscious fans.

Expert Advice for Fans
Marc Porcar, CEO of QR Code Generator, advises fans to book early to avoid further price hikes:
“The data shows extreme variation in accommodation costs, with Cardiff topping the list of the most expensive cities. Fans attending the Cardiff shows will pay around 1,065% more than those going to the London shows."
Porcar also suggests looking for accommodation outside city centers or considering alternatives like hostels or budget hotels to save money. "If possible, staying for multiple nights can sometimes unlock discounts for longer stays," he added.
For those attending the Oasis 2025 tour, planning ahead and being flexible with accommodation options will be key to minimizing costs.
