GRAMMY® Award-winning duo Larkin Poe, the Georgia-born, Nashville-based sisters Rebecca and Megan Lovell, have just released their latest single, Mockingbird, the opening track from their upcoming album, Bloom, set to drop on January 24, 2025. Released via their label, Tricki-Woo Records, Mockingbird comes with an official music video, now premiering on YouTube.

The deeply reflective song captures the ongoing journey of self-discovery. Rebecca Lovell describes it as "a tender reflection on the perpetual journey of becoming." She emphasizes the importance of finding meaning in life's detours and setbacks rather than dwelling on past mistakes. This introspective tone sets the stage for Bloom, a record that dives into personal themes of self-acceptance and individuality against a backdrop of blues and rock influences.

Bloom follows the sisters' GRAMMY®-winning 2023 album, Blood Harmony, and their recent Americana Honors & Awards win for "Duo/Group of the Year." Produced by Rebecca, Megan, and Tyler Bryant, the album showcases Larkin Poe's evolving sound and storytelling, with tracks like If God Is A Woman and Pearls delivering both soulful reflections and high-energy anthems. The sisters’ unique blend of poetic lyrics, masterful musicianship, and soulful harmonies shine throughout.

With Bloom, Larkin Poe continues to cement their role as torchbearers of American roots music, blending authenticity with a contemporary edge. As Megan Lovell notes, "Pretty much all of the songs on this album are about finding yourself, knowing yourself, and separating the truth of who you are from societal expectations."

Fans can look forward to an extensive 2025 tour across North America, Europe, and the UK, with notable dates in cities like Los Angeles, New York, London, and Paris. Opening acts include Parker Millsap and Amythyst Kiah on select dates. Larkin Poe’s tour kicks off in April in St. Louis, MO, and will include appearances at major festivals, such as the Big Blues Bender in Las Vegas. Full tour details are available on their official website.

With the upcoming release of Bloom and an epic tour on the horizon, 2025 is shaping up to be another landmark year for Larkin Poe.
