Get ready for a rare treat this December as The Darkness embark on an intimate Rough Trade instore tour across the UK. The legendary rock band will perform unreleased tracks from their upcoming album, Dreams On Toast, giving fans a sneak peek ahead of its release in March 2025 via Cooking Vinyl.
The exclusive tour kicks off at Rough Trade East in London on December 10th, followed by shows at Rough Trade Nottingham on December 11th, and Rough Trade Liverpool on December 12th. These intimate venues will give fans a unique opportunity to experience the band like never before—up close and personal.
Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday, October 25th, via Dice, with each purchase including a signed tour poster. Expect these tickets to sell out fast!
The shows will feature a special setlist including unreleased tracks from Dreams On Toast, the band’s highly anticipated new album, along with their latest single, "The Longest Kiss"—a 70s-inspired anthem that channels the spirit of Queen and Paul McCartney with its playful piano melodies and infectious energy.
The December shows are just a warm-up for what's to come, as The Darkness will hit the road again in March 2025 for their massive Dreams On Toast UK arena tour. The tour will cover 17 dates, culminating in a final show at London's OVO Arena Wembley on March 29th, with indie rock legends Ash supporting.
