British folk-rock giants Mumford & Sons are making a long-awaited return to the live stage, announcing an exclusive run of nine intimate club shows across Europe, the U.K., Australia, and North America. This marks the band's first headline tour in the U.K. and Europe since 2018, building anticipation for their new album Rushmere, set for release on March 28 via Glassnote Records.
The Grammy-winning trio will kick off their global club tour in March, starting with performances in Amsterdam, Paris, and Berlin before heading back to the U.K. From there, they make a brief but highly anticipated stop at the Sydney Opera House before concluding the tour with four North American dates in Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, and Brooklyn.
Ticket Information
Members of agora, the band’s dedicated fan community, will have first access to tickets starting Thursday, February 13. A limited number of remaining tickets will then be released to the general public at 10:00 AM local time on Friday, February 14.
Fans eager to attend must register their interest via agora before Monday, February 10, at 11:59 PM GMT. Each fan can register for only one event, with duplicate entries being disqualified. Access to the ticket sale will be granted through unique codes, and notifications will be sent out by Wednesday, February 12, at 6:00 PM local time for the selected event. However, receiving a code does not guarantee ticket availability, with a purchase limit of two tickets per transaction.
In a charitable effort, Mumford & Sons have partnered with PLUS1 to support War Child, an organization dedicated to protecting, educating, and advocating for children affected by war. One dollar from every ticket sold will be donated to this cause.
Rushmere: A Nostalgic and Creative Homecoming
Rushmere, the band's first album in seven years, pays homage to their roots. The title is inspired by Rushmere Pond on Wimbledon Common, where Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett, and Ted Dwane first conceptualized forming the band. The album represents a fresh chapter following a deeply creative period for the trio.
Produced by nine-time Grammy Award winner Dave Cobb, Rushmere was recorded at RCA Studio A in Nashville, in Savannah, GA, and at Marcus Mumford’s own studio in Devon, U.K. The album’s title track has already been released, stirring excitement among fans.
Special SNL Performance
Before embarking on their tour, Mumford & Sons will take the stage alongside music legends such as David Byrne, Jack White, Chris Martin, and Lady Gaga at SNL: The Homecoming Concert. This special event, celebrating 50 years of Saturday Night Live, will be held at Radio City Music Hall in New York and streamed live via Peacock for U.S. audiences on February 14.
As Rushmere signals a new era for Mumford & Sons, their return to intimate venues offers fans a rare opportunity to reconnect with the band's raw, heartfelt sound up close.
