It has been revealed that Tulisa is poised to quit the X Factor according to her father.

Plato Contosavlos told magazine celebrity gossip magazine Now: "Tulisa doesn't want to be there. She's bored of it. She doesn't need The X Factor, she's got N-Dubz," Plato Constavlos tells the celebrity magazine.

"I want her to leave X Factor. N-Dubz can do one gig and earn up to £500,000. I want her to make some serious dosh, millions, by doing an independent album with N-Dubz.

"What I want for her is security, so she never has to rely on anybody apart from herself."

Tulisa won the competition in her first year there with Little Mix but this year has been a lot harder for her, losing acts early on in the show and having her single “Sight of You” flop despite being on prime time TV for 2 years.

Tulisa herself hasn’t commented on her father’s claims but what is certain is that there is no shortage of people lining up to jump in her grave, were she to leave.

Spice Girl Mel B has been in talks with Simon Cowell about having a permanent spot on the judging panel after she was a guest judge at some of this year’s auditions.

Previous judge Sharon Osbourne has also been hotly tipped to return to the show but neither have been confirmed as yet.
