Arctic Monkeys and Guns N' Roses have been confirmed as the final headliners for the 2023 Glastonbury festival. The world-famous music extravaganza, held in Somerset, South West England, will see Alex Turner and co take to the Pyramid Stage for the third time on Friday, June 23, while the 'Sweet Child O' Mine' rockers will make their Worthy Farm debut on Saturday, June 24. The Sunday night headliner is the legendary Sir Elton John, with Lil Nas X set to perform before him, and Cat Stevens, who goes by the name Yusuf, playing the Sunday teatime legends slot. Lana Del Rey is also set to headline the Other Stage, with Eurovision winners Maneskin making their Glastonbury debut.

Metallica is set to release their new single, "If Darkness Had A Son," today, March 1, 2023, from their upcoming album "72 Seasons." Fans were invited to duet with the band on the new track via TikTok. The album is set to be released on April 14, following the release of the tracks "Lux Æterna" and "Screaming Suicide." The band's recent "Helping Hands" benefit raised $3 million for their All Within My Hands non-profit, which will benefit several organizations, including Baby2Baby, First Star, Feeding America, World Central Kitchen, mikeroweWorks Foundation Foundation, and The Skatepark Project.
