X-Factor contestant Katie Waissel’s bad publicity continues to grow, but not this time from journalists. The 24 year old who has not been far from the headlines since singing at Cheryl Cole’s house, has become a victim of  cyber-bullying.

Wagner, the 54 year old Brazilian star of the talent show X-Factor, is reportedly claiming Incapacity Benefit, and has been for about a year due to a shoulder injury. X-Factor bosses say that he was checked over by a doctor before going on the show and was deemed medically fit to perform.
