According to reports the music mogul and super savvy business man is set to launch his own cable channel. Broadcasting & Cable released the news on Monday that the music mogul will be launching a new channel, Revolt. The channel is going to be a music themed channel on cable and it is set to go live on December 12 2012.

Coldplay got the best sellers spot with a whopping 410,000 copies of hit single 'Paradise' and over 900,000 copies of their album Mylo Xyloto. Second most popular was Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds which came in respectively- Selling around half a million copies of his latest album, giving a promising come back.

They both have a phenomenal amount of Twitter followers with both having more than 8 million followers each.  From January 10 2012 Nicki Minaj has 8,289,708 followers.  Eminem has 8,267,835 followers.  Billboard reported on January 4 that Eminem was no longer the most followed Hip-hop artist on Twitter.
